Window Cleaning First off, we use only the best window cleaning solution & tools. We wet and scrub the window thoroughly, then we squeegee the window clean. We wipe the edges & sills. We clean the screens. When we're done you will be amazed at how clean your windows are. We also offer paint & silicone removal if needed.

Gutter Cleaning We not only clean your gutters from debris and we also make sure your downspouts are clear too. In most cases we clean the gutters by hand with our special cleaning tools. Sometimes we use a blower. It depends which is less messy. When the gutters are all clear, we clean up the grounds.

Roof Moss Cleaning: Though it grows like crazy around the Pacific Northwest, it is treatable. Our cleaning combined with treatments will not only rid your roof of the moss, our maintenance recommendations can keep it from overtaking your roof ever again. How we do it: First, we will never pressure wash your roof. Pressure washing can take the life right out of your roof, not to mention the possibility of roof damage. We use brushes to agitate the moss growth. This will remove 50% to 95% of the moss. What little moss is left is usually very difficult to see. Then we blow the loose moss off the roof and clean it up. Lastly, we put a treatment on the roof that kills any moss that may be left. Maintaining a moss-free roof: In most cases I will recommend a treatment the following year of the initial moss removal. Then every 1 to 2 years (as needed per our recommendations or your request) we can return and treat your roof, which I believe is the most effective way to stay ahead of the moss and maintain the integrity of your roof.

Pressure Washing We pressure wash concrete decks, Patio’s, walkways and driveways. Pressure washing is great for removing mold, mildew and green slime. It really brightens things up. With our powerful pressure washers, the job will be done before you know it.
